Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- nutmeg
- allspice
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 whole egg + 1/3 cup egg whites (or 3 whole eggs)
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini (squeezed out)
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- chocolate chips (optional)
Add all ingredients except zucchini, walnuts, and chocolate chips into ninja blender cup and blend. Fold in other ingredients and cook
