Zucchini pancakes - high protein style

Makes 2 servings 
400 calories, 30 grams protein, 20 grams fat

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup almond flour 
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • allspice
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 whole egg + 1/3 cup egg whites (or 3 whole eggs) 
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini (squeezed out)
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • chocolate chips (optional)
Steps

Add all ingredients except zucchini, walnuts, and chocolate chips into ninja blender cup and blend. Fold in other ingredients and cook
