This is a modification of the original recipe for Vietnamese Chicken Meatballs to make the sauce alone.
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes (hot as you like)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Steps:
- Add all ingredients together in small bowl.
- You're done.
