Serve over roasted potatoes, roasted asparagus, and poached eggs.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, chopped roughly
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Drop avocado and lemon juice in a blender. Blend till smooth.
- Pour in hot water, pepper, and sriracha. Blend again.
- With the blender ‘on’, drizzle in olive oil. Blend till smooth.
- Season with pepper.
