Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 cloves of minced fresh garlic
Steps
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet until they start to get really brown.
- Combine the sesame seeds and the rest of ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Keep refrigerated - it could last 30 days, but it won't. You'll use it all sooner.
